摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary polishing tool capable of finishing a surface to be polished to desired surface roughness.
SOLUTION: Plural sheets of substantially circular abrasive cloth and paper 7 are superimposed to make a substantially cylindrical shaped polishing member 3. A peripheral edge of each abrasive cloth and paper 7 is formed into a meandering shape reciprocating in a shaft direction of a center shaft. A developing shape of an outer edge of each abrasive cloth and paper 7 becomes a substantially sigmoid curve. By rotating the polishing member 3, an object to be polished is polished by the peripheral surface. Since an outer edge of each abrasive cloth and paper 7 performs polishing, while moving in the shaft direction, the peripheral edge of the abrasive cloth and paper 7 hits on all of a polishing surface. Each inter-abrasive cloth and paper 7 can be polished and the surface to be polished is finished to the desired surface roughness.

SOLUTION: A shaft 30 is inserted into a base 10 which is fixed with a channel brush 20 rolling around it and the shaft 30 is connected to a driving shaft 50 and a roll brush 1 is formed. Both opening edges 12 of the base 10 are attached with cuts 14, and screw holes 36 are formed on the shaft 30 according to the position of the cuts 14. And bolts 37 are screwed to the screw holes 36, then, the base 10 is fixed to the shaft 30 as well as the driving shaft 50 is fixed in a cylinder 32. The base 10 and the channel brush 20 are thus formed detachable to the shaft 30, the weight can be reduced during transportation for exchanging the brush.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the consumption of an adhesive and to shorten the process time by consisting the curing adhesive of a curable soln. contg. a curable solid resin, hardener and volatile solvent and using polishing sheets which are impregnated with the adhesive soln. from at least either of both surfaces thereof and are subjected to volatilization of the solvent as the respective polishing sheets for forming the brush. SOLUTION: The curing adhesive for the polishing brush is formed of the curable soln. contg. the curable solid resin, the hardener and the volatile solvent. The respective polishing sheets for forming the brush are impregnated with the adhesive ejected from a spray coating device to at least one surface of the sheets. The sheets are thereafter dried by a drying device. Disk sheets 25 are blanked from such polishing sheet band 20 and are passed onto a dummy shaft 8 by directing the surfaces on the side opposite to the surfaces coated with the adhesive toward a substrate 6. The upper disk sheets are superposed on their lower disk sheets by bringing the sheets into contact with the coating side of the lower disk sheets. The laminate is compressed by a pressing plate 7 and a thread cutting rod and the dummy shaft 8 is removed. The dried adhesive is then cured in a heating furnace.
