摘要： PURPOSE: To enhance the efficiency of a cutting edge depth feed device for a slide type cutting tool by restricting the amount of depth feed of the cutting tool, which is depth fed while moved aslant to the axis of the work to be processed, with a restricting stopper which is so constructed as engaged and disengaged with/from the tool and movable as in a single piece therewith.
CONSTITUTION: With stroke of a piston rod 15, a tool holder 12 moves along guide plates 10, 10a mounted aslant with an angle of θ to the axis of a depth feed holder 9, and thereby the cutting tool 14 is given a depth feed. A stopper 16 positional adjusted by a swing motor 21 through a cam clutch 25, electromagnetic clutch 26, gear 29, feed screw gear 18, and a female part 16a is protruded by said female part 16a, key seat 16b, and a key 17 by rotating the feed screw gear 18 to restrict the position of the moving end of the tool holder 12, and thus the amount of depth feed is adjusted. This assures enhancement of the effectiveness of works.

摘要： PURPOSE:To permit a crusher to improve its rate of operation, by cutting an unevenly worn part of a rotating crushing disc surface by a cutting tool extended from a bed seat onto a crushing disc and enabled to move in vertical and horizontal directions. CONSTITUTION:A cutting machine 18, equipping an arm 24 with a cutting tool 19, is supported to a supporting device 20 fixed to a bed seat 3. The tool 19 is inserted into a crushing chamber 16 from a manhole 27 by horizontally moving the arm 24. Next the machine, lowering the arm 24, opposes an edge point of the tool 19 to the upper surface of a crushing disc 17. And the machine, rotating a crushing table 5 and moving the tool 19 on the crushing disc 17 by a profile machining means, cuts the crushing disc 17 into a predetermined shape of curvature.
