摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily mount a spring structural body on a frame without using caulking means in a seat back frame which is formed by mounting the spring structural body on the frame. SOLUTION: Protruding parts 21 to be engaged are formed on a side of a spring structural body and holes 13c in a slit form for insertion into which the parts 21 to be engaged can be inserted are provided on a frame in such a way that the parts 21 to be engaged are inserted into the holes 13c for insertion and are engaged in parts 15 on the underside of the hole 13c for insertion.

摘要： PURPOSE:To facilitate mounting by notching the flange parts, which are constituted by bending a base material rollformed to a specified section having flange parts to a prescribed shape and joining both ends cut to a prescribed length, to a prescribed shape. CONSTITUTION:The base material 1 is formed to have a specified and prescribed section by roll-forming. This material has the first flange part 1b notched to be a prescribed shape to form a bracket part 2a for supporting a head rest and a second bracket part 2b to be mounted to a reclining mechanism and the second flange part 1c notched to be a prescribed shape to form a hook part 2c for detaining the spring of a sheet back. The base material 1 is cut to the prescribed length and both ends 1d, 1e are welded and formed into a frame shape. The frame mold formed of the base material 1 in such a manner is built into the sheet back to support the head rest and the reclining mechanism is mounted thereto. As a result, welding points are decreased and man-hours and the number of parts are decreased.

摘要： In a seat back frame formed by attaching a spring unit (20) to a frame body (10), the spring unit (20) is easily attached to the frame without performing caulking. A projecting hooked portion (21) is formed in one side of the spring unit, and an insertion hole (13C) that receives the hooked portion (21) therein is provided in the frame. Thus, the hooked portion (21) is inserted into the insertion hole (13C) and hooked at a position on the rear surface thereof.

SOLUTION: A shoulder anchor 1 comprises a body 2, the slip piece 3, and a synthetic resin mold 4. A pair of large projecting parts 6 are provided, sandwiching a small projecting part 5, on the tip surface of inward collar parts 3b in the lower part of the slip piece 3. A part between the pair of large projecting parts 6 is a recessed part 8. When the slip piece 3 is mounted to the body 2, the recessed part 8 in one of the inward collar parts 3b engages with a projecting part 9 of the body 2, and the pair of large projecting parts 6 of the other of the inward collar parts 3b engage with a projecting part 11 of the body 2. Each projecting part hardly comes out of its engaged recessed part, so that the slip piece 3 does not shift, or drop from the body 2 due to vibration or the like.
