    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moving mechanism capable of suppressing backlash generated in a moving body.SOLUTION: A moving mechanism includes a first moving body movable in a first direction with respect to a support, and a second moving body movable in a second direction with respect to the first moving body. A plurality of rollers are inserted in between a pair of first grooves formed on the support side and a pair of second grooves formed so as to face the first grooves on the first moving body side, and two rows of moving shafts are arranged parallel to the first direction including the rollers. The two rows of the moving shafts are spaced from each other in a direction intersecting a direction (a facing direction) where the support and the first moving body face each other. A direction in which the first groove and the second groove face each other intersects the facing direction, and a positional relationship between the first groove and the second groove is reversed between one and the another of the two rows of moving shafts. A direction where a first vibration body for driving the first moving body is biased to one of the support and the first moving body is inclined with respect to a moving face including the two rows of the moving shafts.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotating device that has a small number of components and facilitates opening and closing operations of a portable electronic device and a portable electronic device that uses the rotating device.SOLUTION: The rotating device of the present invention comprises a coupling unit, a first contact stop component and a second stop component that are slidably attached to opposite ends of the coupling unit respectively, elastic assemblies that are respectively attached to the first stop component and the second stop component. When one end of the rotating device is rotated by an external force around an end of the first stop component as a rotation axis, the first stop component and the second stop component move opposite to each other while storing an elastic force in the elastic assemblies. After the rotating device is rotated by a predetermined angle, the first stop component and the second stop component are bounced in opposite directions by the force of restitution of the elastic assemblies while automatically rotating around the end of the first stop component as a rotation axis.
