    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a torque limiter that can be easily and quickly assembled and adjusted. SOLUTION: The torque limiter includes a tube member 1 and a shaft member 2. The shaft member 2 has a circumferentially extending section 52 extending around the complete circumference of the outer peripheral surface of the tube member 1. The circumferentially extending section 52 has a circumferentially extending groove and a radially extending screw hole open to the outside radially of the circumferentially extending section 52 and to the circumferentially extending groove. In use, when the tube member 1 rotates relative to the shaft member 2, an outer end radially of a tube 27 is cut by a cap member 70 screwed to the screw hole. When the tube member 1 is rotated relative to the shaft member 2 with the cap member 70 not screwed to the screw hole and with the tube 27 not open to the outside, the end of the tube 27 circumferentially moves in the circumferentially extending groove with a spacing from the groove.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic wheel structure capable of easily changing a tire and preventing theft. SOLUTION: The hydraulic wheel structure comprises a disk tightened to a drive shaft and having a first cylinder and a second cylinder which are communicated with each other and filled with fluid, respectively, a first piston to be movably inserted in the first cylinder, a tire wheel to be tightened to the disk, a tire to be coupled with the tire wheel, an attachable/detachable button which is movably provided on the tire wheel and capable of moving the first piston in response to the movement, and a wheel fixing member which is provided on the disk, integrated with a second piston movable provided inside the second cylinder so as to be moved along the direction set corresponding to the pressure of the fluid inside the second cylinder, elastically supported by an elastic member in the direction opposite to the set direction, and capable of being selectively tightened to the tire wheel in response to the movement.
