    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain high efficiency while miniaturizing a cooling body and reducing the cost thereof by decreasing the number of current passing elements and reducing generation of loss. SOLUTION: A first circuit consisting of diodes 3, 4 and a switching element 20 and a second circuit consisting of diodes 7, 8 and a switching element 21 are connected, as the main circuit, in parallel with an AC power supply 1 and the elements 20, 21 are on/off controlled depending on the polarity of an input voltage judged by an input voltage polarity judging unit 102 such that two (generally, 2N) DC outputs can be taken out from one AC power supply.
