SOLUTION: When a radio signal is transmitted to a small cell according to an amplifying operation mode designated by a main controller 10 in an amplifying control circuit 120, a feeding control circuit 121 is controlled to stop feeding to a main amplifier 101 and to feed to an error amplifier 110 in stead of the main amplifier 101. Also, switchover switches 112 and 113 are controlled to switch a movable point to a fixed point "b" side. Thus, the radio signal amplified by the error amplifier 110 is transmitted as the radio signal of power corresponding to the small cell.

A summing amplifier 120 is an inverting amplifier for amplifying a sum signal comprising an analog input signal Vin and an output V02 of the noise amplifier 110. An amplifier 130 is an inverting amplifier for amplifying an output V01 of the summing amplifier 120. Since the signal amplification circuit amplifies the noise amplified by the noise amplifier 110 after being added to the analog input signal Vin, the gain with respect to the noise is always '1' and the signal amplification circuit amplifies only the analog input signal Vin.

SOLUTION: An input signal S is divided into two paths 12 and 14. In the path 12, the signal S is mixed with a local signal by a mixer 16 with its high level as it is and exists as S' + D signal including inter-modulation distortion D through the next stage filter 28. In the path 14, the signal S reaches a mixer 20 on a low level through an attenuator 18, mixed with the local signal and reaches a coupling device 42 as S' through a filter 30 and a delay circuit 36. Here, it is connected with the S' + D signal from a coupling device on the path 12 to eliminate what it is except the distortion component D. Output distortion D of the coupling device 42 is connected with the signal S' + D on the path 12 in a coupling device 48 through an adjusting device 44 and a proportional amplifier device 46 and the signal S' remains to be an output 21. The adjusting device, proportional amplifier device, etc., of each circuit are adjusted so that the signal S' can effectively remain at the output 21.
