    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive amount detection device of a piezoelectric actuator for detecting a drive amount by preventing increase of load without dispensing with addition of a constituent component such as an encoder. SOLUTION: Push pressure applied on a contact part 13 from a rotor 20 is varied by making the rotor 20 eccentric to a rotating shaft and being interlocked with drive of the rotor 20. When the push pressure is varied, the drive amount of the rotor is detected by detecting the change of the amplitude since the amplitude of a detection signal output from a detection electrode 18 of a piezoelectric element is changed to be interlocked with rotation of the rotor 20.
