    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealed electrical feed-through device in which a conductive isolated pin is sealed with a glass seal, and in which distortion is dispersed uniformly along the whole glass seal.
      SOLUTION: A conductive main body 11, having a front surface and a back surface, is provided with a circular through hole O. A conductive isolated pin 13 is sealed with the glass seal 17 at a center of the circular through hole O to be extended from the back surface of the conductive main body 11 outward, with one end accessible from the front surface of the conductive main body. A conductive grounding pin 15 is connected to the back surface of the conductive main body in parallel to the pin 13 to be extended from the back surface of the conductive main body 11 outward. The isolated pin 13 is provided with an oval or elliptical cross section 13a extended through the glass seal 17 from the back surface of the conductive main body to one end of the pin. Bridge wire of different lengths can thus be connected between the front surface of the conductive main body and one end of the isolated pin that is accessible from the front surface of the conductive main body 11.
