    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature sensor with a lead capable of enhancing corrosion resistance reliability.
      SOLUTION: This temperature sensor has an element of which the characteristic such as a resistance value or the like varies with temperature change, an electrode connected electrically to both sides of the element directly or via other member, an organic insulating member for sealing or coating at least one-portions of the element and the electrode, and a lead wire connected to the electrode. A coating of an elastomer having a characteristic of a visco-elastic body is formed directly or via other substance in a connection part between the electrode and the lead wire to coat the connection part, in the temperature sensor.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain a platinum resistance element having an extremely small error which is made its length less than 1/2 compared with the conventional by providing three or more through holes in an axis direction of a holding body and inserting a platinum wire having a coil part into the through hole. CONSTITUTION:A platinum wire 1 is bended in U-shape from a central linear part and lead wires 3A, 3B are inserted into through holes 5B, 5C from a tip face 4a of a holding body 4 and coil parts 2B, 2C of the wire 1 is held in the holes 5B, 5C. The wires 3A, 3B are folded back and are inserted into through holes 5A, 5D from a tip face 4b and coil parts 2A, 2D are held in the holes 5A, 5D. A glaze 6 is coated to the side of the face 4b and it is sealed by heating. An inorganic insulating material is filled in each hole 5A-5D and a glaze 7 is coated to the side of the face 4a and it is sealed by heating.

When test voltage is added to the circuit device 2, voltage of the varistor 5 is lower than the added test voltage, and an overload of the varistor 5 is prevented.
