    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a numerical control device having a tool posture control function for a multi-spindle processing machine that can process while smoothly changing a tool end point route, a tool direction route (a route of a tool direction vector end) and a tool phase direction route (a route of a tool phase direction vector end).SOLUTION: In the numerical control device having the tool posture control function for the multi-spindle processing machine in which an instruction of a processing program is read by a processing program reading part 1, interpolation is carried out by an interpolation part 2 on the basis of the instruction and each of spindle servos (6X, 6Y, 6Z, 6A, 6B and 6C) is driven, a tool position posture instruction reading part 3 is configured to belong to the processing program reading part 1, and a tool position posture interpolation part 4 and each spindle position calculation part 5 are configured to belong to the interpolation part 2. A tool end point position and a tool posture (a tool direction and a tool phase direction) are smoothly interpolated and a linear three-spindle and a rotary three-spindle are controlled to process the work while the tool end point position, a tool direction (a tool direction vector) and a tool phase direction (a tool phase direction vector) are smoothly changed.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealant dispenser capable of applying a sealant with high accuracy and its control method. SOLUTION: The sealant dispenser comprise a stage on which a substrate is placed, a nozzle for discharging the sealant while moving relatively to the substrate, a syringe mounted on the nozzle for storing the sealant and displacement sensors installed on both sides at the lower part of the syringe for measuring a vertical distance between the main surface of the substrate and the discharge port of the nozzle. The nozzle and the syringe are disposed substantially concentrically with each other so that the control response for controlling the discharge of a paste faster is increased to thereby improve the accuracy of applying paste at a disclosure point of a paste pattern and its end point. Further, effect of applying the sealant with higher accuracy is obtained by minimizing the distance between the nozzle and a measuring point by the displacement sensor.
