    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radar device that determines a target with a high risk of collision reliably and in real time. SOLUTION: The radar device includes a radar antenna 1, a display unit 8, a speed estimation unit 22, and a data generation unit 6. The radar antenna 1 repeats the transmission and reception of a pulse signal while rotating in a horizontal plane. The display unit 8 displays a radar image indicating the position of a target around the system itself. The speed estimation unit 22 estimates the relative speed between the system itself and the target in the radial component of a radio wave from the system itself. The data generation unit 6 determines the risk of the target on the basis of the relative speed of the target estimated by the speed estimation unit 22. The speed estimation unit 22 detects the relative speed on the basis of the phase change between an echo received by the radar antenna 1 this time and an echo received by the radar antenna 1 the previous time.
