    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain high detection accuracy in a structure provided with a common mode feedback circuit.SOLUTION: Electric charges are set in a capacitor Cfb, in a Reset period in which a drive signal Vr is 2 Vcm, by applying a preset voltage Vreset that is a voltage between a lower limit voltage Vmin and a specified voltage Vcm and that can be output by a feedback amplifier 10 having sufficient gain. A CMFB (common mode feedback) via the capacitor Cfb is formed in a CV1 period, and a sense amplifier 6 outputs offset voltages of the amplifiers 6, 10. A CMFB via the capacitor Cfb is formed in a CV2 period in which the drive signal Vr is 0 V, and the sense amplifier 6 outputs a voltage in which the offset voltage is added to a voltage in accordance with a change amount of a sense capacitor Cs.
