    • PURPOSE:To take measurement with high precision by positioning an annular light transmission part outside the visual field range of incident light and reducing its diameter successively from the tip of a cylindrical body to a photodetector. CONSTITUTION:The main device body 1 includes the photodetector 5 and is provided with an opening part 4 in the front surface of this photodetector, and a drain hole 7 is providing to the opening part 4. Further, plural light transmission parts 9a-9d of annular bodies 8 fitted on the internal surface of the opaque cylindrical body 6 which guides the incident light to the photodetector 5 are positioned outside the visual angle range of the incident light and decreased in diameter successively from the tip of the cylindrical body 6 to the photodetector 5. The incident light within the visual angle range A which is guided by the cylindrical body 6 reaches the photodetector 5 through the light transmission parts 9a-9d of the annular bodies 8 positioned outside the visual angle range. Thus, the annular bodies 8 function as light shield plate which cuts off undesirable light and the drain hole 7 is formed to prevent equivalent light screen brightness due to ambient light, thereby improving the measurement precision.

    • PURPOSE:To take a measurement with high precision by forming an opening part in the front surface of a photodetector and providing a drain hole at the opening part, and further providing an opaque cylindrical body which guides incident light to the photodetector and a small-diameter part which is fitted to the both end opening parts of this cylindrical body and decreases in diameter inwardly from each opening end. CONSTITUTION:When the cylindrical body 6 is fitted to the opening part 4 of the main device body 1, adapters 8 and 8' are fitted integrally to the cylindrical body 6 through flange parts 8a and 8'a in advance, and the flange part 8'a is fixed to the peripheral part of the opening part 4. The incident light reaches the photodetector 5 without any undesirable light because the opaque cylindrical body 6 which guides the incident light and adapters 8 and 8' which have small- diameter parts 8b and 8'b positioned outside the visual angle range of the incident light are provided in front of the photodetector 5, and equivalent light screen brightness due to ambient light is prevented by the providing the drain hole 7 which functions as a light shield plate, thereby improving the measurement precision.

    • PURPOSE:To uniformly form effective visual field angle in each segment element surfaces and to remove shading phenomenon by disposing a light shielding plate in mesh shape in a visual field deciding hole of a cold seal disposed opposited to a full photoreceiving element of an infrared ray receiving element. CONSTITUTION:A light shielding partition plate 22 having a vertical surface to the light receiving surface 2c of a photoreceiving element array is arranged in combination with a mesh state made of lattice in the visual field deciding hole 4 of a cold shield 3 opposite in the prescribed height to the full photoreceiving elements of an infrared ray receiving element array 1. The width L of the plate 22, the interval D between the plates 22, and the height H of the mesh light shielding plate 21 to the surface of the photoreceiving element 2 are suitably selected to aniformly specify the effective visual field in the respective photoreceiving surface 2c. Thus, the incident light amount to the array 1 is reduced toward the potoreceiving element 2b of the peripheral end via the photoreceiving element 2a at the center as a shading phenomenon can be remarkably reduced.
