    • PURPOSE:To enable simple and precise measurement of a minute flow rate by providing a fluid detecting means at the outlet of a siphon vessel having an inlet in the upper part and by measuring a time of outflow of a fluid delivered from the fluid detecting means. CONSTITUTION:A photoelectric sensor 2 is provided at the outlet 7 of siphon vessel 1 consisting of a storing part 8 and an N-shaped siphon tube 9 and the output of the sensor is inputted in a control part 4 which delivers a control signal to a three-way solenoid valve 3 controlling flow of fluid into the siphon vessel 1. When the fluid is stored in a prescribed quantity in the siphon vessel 1, it flows out from the outlet 7, which is detected by the photoelectric sensor 2. And, while the solenoid valve 3 is switched over to the other side by the control part 4, the time for which the fluid flows out is measured by an operating part 5 and its flow rate is found thereby. Moreover, when the flow out of the fluid from the siphon vessel 1 is ended, the solenoid valve 3 is controlled, and thus a cycle of storing the fluid in the siphon vessel is repeated, whereby the flow rate is found repeatedly.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain a condensate flow rate meter of simple construction, a small shape and easy handling by such constitution wherein the water level of condensate is displayed by way of a float provided in a condensate chamber. CONSTITUTION:Condensate and steam flow through an inflow port 3 into a condensate camber 4. When a float 5 begins to ascend, an operating shaft 6 ratates together with a revolving shaft 19 connected to this. An internal magnetic body 20 fixed to one end of the shaft 19 rotates together with the shaft 19, and an operating shaft 25 operates cooperatively with an external magnetic body 22. The rotating angle of the shaft 25 is read via a display means provided on the outside of a cover 23, whereby the amt. of condensate is measured. When the condensate is stored at a constant amt., a valve seat 7 is moved upward by the float 5, and the condensate is stored through a slit 8 into a condesate well 15, then it is discharged via a free float 15 through a valve port 18. Thereby, the condensate flow rate meter of the simple construction, a small size and easy handling is obtained.
