    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a backflow preventing device for a clean room eliminating negative pressure spots in the clean room, and preventing backflow from a clean room underfloor space.SOLUTION: The backflow preventing device for a clean room includes an inlet port 14 sucking in air of an underfloor chamber, a fan 13 supplying the air to an upper part in the device, and an outlet port 12 installed in a side face of an above floor level part in the device for supplying the air into the clean room. By supplying the air of the underfloor chamber into the clean room, backflow from the underfloor chamber into the clean room is prevented.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress recirculation of heated air discharged from an electronic apparatus recirculating in an apparatus room by positively grasping an evaporator in which abnormality has occurred in the cooling capacity out of a plurality of evaporators.SOLUTION: The cooling system 10 includes: a plurality of evaporators 15 each using a fan 15C to suck heated air discharged from a plurality of servers 14 provided in a server room 12, cooling the air by heat exchange with a coolant flowing inside a cooling coil 18, and then blowing cold air into the server room 12; and a cooling tower 22 which is provided above the plurality of evaporators 15 and which cools the coolant that circulates naturally between the evaporators 15, for adjusting the blowing temperature of air blown from the evaporators 15 by adjusting the opening of a flow rate adjustment valve 20 that adjusts the flow rate of the coolant flowing in the cooling coil 18. The apparatus for operating the cooling system when in an abnormal state includes: a deviation information detection means 50 which successively detects, for each of the plurality of evaporators 15, deviation information between the maximum cooling capacity and the current cooling capacity during operation of each evaporator 15; and a fan control means 52 which reduces the speed of or stops the rotation of the fan 15C for the evaporators 15 among the plurality of evaporators 15 having deviation information which exceeds a preset abnormality set value.
