    • PURPOSE:To eliminate an impact to the part of the thermo-couple due to an ignition flame and permit to stabilize characteristic of electro-motive force by a method wherein a fixing surface of the thermo-couple of a gas burner covering both left and right sides is pushing out toward outer side, while to the upper side for this pushing out portion and to the outer- circumference of the outer flame holes of the gas burner, a covering protector for boiled over stocks is closely fixed. CONSTITUTION:At the lower side of the outer flame hole 1a of the gas burner, a flat stage differential 2a is formed to the burner body 2, and at the upper surface of the above mentioned 2a the inner-end 4b of the covering protector 4 for boiled over stocks is placed and closely fixed, besides the outer end 4c of the same is curbed downward forming a clearance 12 between the same and a receiving tray 5 for boiled over stock. Similarly, in the fixing surface of the themo-couple with burner body 2 of the gas burner, at the upper surface of the pushing- out portion, both left and right sides 2b, the inner-end 4b of the covering protector 4 for boiled over stocks is closely fixed. As to the shape of the pushing-out portion both left and right sides 2b, two different types are selected, the one type is the integrated one forming pushing-out portion both sides left and right 2b one unit, the other one is a split type forming two section, namely type is selective by the fixing methods of the thermo-couple 3. Further, as to the dimension of the pushing-out portion 2b, the gas burner side, it is necessary for the 2b to close with the receiving tray 5 as much as possible and caution is to be made that the covering protector 4 is not to contact with the receiving tray 5 for the stock.

    • PURPOSE:To disassemble easily a burner body and reproduce correctly to keep a distance between burner body and a thermo-couple in re-assembling work by a method wherein fixing system is constituted by a themo-couple, a coil- spring, connecting with the thermo-couple in the same axis for securing the thermo-couple to a supporting beam, which is connected to the burner body, further, the burner with a fixing hole for the thermo-couple. CONSTITUTION:The thermo-couple 3 is secured to the supporting beam 8 by a bottom stop ring 4, a spring 7, a spring washer 6 and a top stop ring 5. However, property of elasticity of the spring 7 enable it to inclinate freely to the beam 8. Therefore, disassembling a burner 2 from the beam 8 is easily practicable. Whereas, in reassembling the burner 2 to the beam 8 for fixing, the thermo-couple 3 is inserted in a hole 2a of the burner body 2, thereby it is possible to reproduce correctly to keep a distance between the burner 2 and the thermo-couple 3 after completion of the fixing work of the burner 2.

    • PURPOSE:To comprise a circuit at low cost by a method wherein both circuits of high and low-tension are completely isolated with an insulator, thereby the mutual intervention is eliminated. CONSTITUTION:The lower side of the insulator 4 is made in bobbin type, and outside of it, a coil 6 is provided, which is connecting to the low-tension circuit 7, being capable of detecting variation of a magnetic field intensity. In the center part of the coil 6, a magnetic substance 8 is provided and its surroundings is filled with the insulator 4. By this composition, the both circuit of high and low-tension are completely isolated, eliminating the mutual intervention, besides, no need of an alternative actuation for the both circuits, therefore, a simple constitution is made possible.

The burner cover 7, which has a positioning hole at the position opposite to the pin 10, covers the central aperture of the catch plate 6 and at the same time freely detachably fittingly installed onto the burner head 2. In addition, fitting holes are provided on the burner cover 7 at positions opposite to the ignition plug 4 and the thermo element 5.
