    • 본 고안은 업소용 가스버너에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 가스가 공급 분배되는 본체와, 상기 본체의 상부에 형성되어 둘레 및 중앙으로 화염을 분사하는 하부 분사구와, 상기 하부 분사구 상부에 형성되어 둘레로 화염 분사 및 중앙으로 화염을 유도 배출하는 상부 덮개로 구성함으로써, 하부 분사구의 제1 분사홈 및 제2 분사홈을 통한 하부 둘레 및 중앙으로 2방향 분사와 상부 덮개의 제3 분사홈을 통한 상부 둘레로 1방향 분사 등 본체의 크기 증대 없이도 3방향 분사 구조를 통해 화력을 증대시키며, 또한, 하부 분사구의 둘레에 형성되는 제1 분사홈을 상부를 향하게 사선 구성함으로써, 본체로 공급되는 가스를 와류 방향으로 신속하고 안정적으로 배출 가능하게 하며, 또한, 본체의 가스 분배공간 바닥면에 경사상으로 가스 유도면이 형성되게 구성함으로써, 공급되는 가스를 상부로 유도 공급하여 점화력의 향상과 안정된 화염을 얻을 수 있게 하기 위한 업소용 가스버너에 관한 것이다.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent boil over liquid from flowing into the part of secondary air port by a method wherein the secondary air port is formed between a boil over liquid receiving part and a ceiling plate while the secondary air port is covered by the guide plate of supplying air and discharging exhaust gas. CONSTITUTION:A part of the boil over liquid, flowed from a food to be heated, flows onto the ceiling plate 3 and another part flows onto the guide plate 2 of supplying air and discharging exhaust gas. The boil over liquid, flowed onto the guide plate 2, flows to the inner end section 21 and the outer end section 22 of the guide plate 2 while the boil over liquid, flowed to the inner end 21 of the guide plate, is stagnated in the liquid receiving section 8 and the boil over liquid, flowed to the outer end thereof 22, flows onto the ceiling plate 3. In this case, the outer end section 22 is put on the ceiling plate 3 and the guide plate 2 covers the secondary air port 20, therefore, the boil over liquid will never enter into the secondary air port 20.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain the gas table having excellent heating efficiency and less heating irregularity by a method wherein an impeller composed of tubular blades and tabular blades is arranged in the space between a burner and a trivet, then a turbulance boundary layer is generated on the bottom surface of a body to be heated by the rotation of the impeller. CONSTITUTION:A part of burning high temperature gas under turbulance condition is sucked by the centrifugal pump action of tubular blades 4, flowed toward the center of an impeller 1 with transferring the heat to a body to be heated 20, spouted out from openings 3 after sucked into openings 2 of the tubular blades 4. The remaining part of the burning high temperature gas under turbulence condition is flowed toward the centrifugal direction of the impeller 1 with transferring the heat to the body to be heated 20 by the wind pressure generated by tabular blades 5. Then the remaining gas is accelerated toward the oblique direction by mixing with the spouted out flow from the openings 3 and the burning high temperature gas flow directed to the upper direction generated by the small tabular blades 6, finally, flowed out toward the external periphery after transferred the heat to the bottom surface of the body to be heated 20.

    • PURPOSE:To enable the roaster to serve as a ''Shabu-shabu'' (boiled meat) pan at the same time by a method wherein the roaster is equipped with a grate and a trivet in an exchangeable manner. CONSTITUTION:An outer box 5 whose upper part opens in a cooking section 3 and whose lower part opens in an exhaust section 4 which is capable of performing a sucking action through a suitable sucking device is fitted into substantially the center of a table 2 and a cylindrical inner box 7 is arranged within the outer box 5 so that a sucked air passage 6 of a predetermined width is formed between the boxes 5 and 7. Further, a suitable number of projections 8, 8'... extending toward the center of the inner box 7 are formed on the inner peripheral wall surface of an upper opening of the inner box 7 and a collar 10 provided around the outer periphery of a plate 9 is placed on the projections 8, 8'... so that an annular step 11 is formed by the collar 10 and the wall surface of the inner box 7. Then the grate 12 or the trivet 14 is selectively placed on the step 11. Thus, with the above structure, it is possible to use the reaster as a meat roaster or a ''Shabu-shabu'' pan selectively and also to use it for various purposes.

    • PURPOSE:To perfectly prevent stock from dropping to below a cooking heater, by a method wherein a tray support part in a top plate is located below the upper surface of the top plate, blowholes are formed therebetween, the blowhole is covered with the base of a kettle holder, and a burner hole is formed at a level lower than that of the base of the kettle holder being the peripheral wall thereof. CONSTITUTION:A tray support part 18 is positoned on a level lower than that of a top plate 19 serving as the top part of a cooking heater, the inner periphery side, where a burner 5 is contained, is inclined at 20 to form a top plate-forming surface, and a plurality of blowholes 21, through which a secondary air is fed to the outer periphery of the burner, are provided in a part therebetween. A kettle holder 22 is placed on the top plate 19, a base part 23 of said kettle holder 22 covers the blowholes 21 from above so as to leave a gap, an inner peripheral face 25 of the base is so formed as to allow formation of a gap 24 between the base part and a tray 15, and the upper surface of said base part is positioned at a level higher than that of at least the burner 5. In case stock is spilt due to boiling, the stock dropping through a central through-bore 6 in a burner is collected directly in the tray 15, the stock to the outer periphery of the burner is collected in the tray 15 after dropping along a stock catching cap 12, and the overspilt to the kettle holder 22 is collected through the kettle holder base 23 in the tray 15 or the top plate 19 to prevent it from dropping down.
