    • PURPOSE: To make it possible to control the combustion speed and combustion temperature of the titled stoker even when the heat amount of refuses is high, by providing a gas injector in the stationary grate of the step type stoker and injecting a low-temperature inactive gas into the refuse combustion layer.
      CONSTITUTION: A purified gas which has been passed through a dust collector 43, has a temperature in the range of approximately 200W250°C and is inactive. Such a low-temperature inactive gas is passed through a branch pipe 13, a circulating blower 14, a main duct 10, and an auxiliary duct 11 and fed to a gas injector 8 provided in the stationary grate 3. Then, the low-temperature inactive gas is injected through the gas injecting port 9 of the gas injector 8 into the refuse combustion layer. Accordingly, the refuse combustion speed and refuse combustion temperature can be controlled by the effect of the low-temperature inactive gas. A damper 14 provided in each of auxiliary ducts 11, is provided for adjusting the quantity of the low-temperature inactive gas to be supplied in response to the combustion zone on the full stoker. By appropriately adjusting these parts, a proper combustion can be carried out.

    • PURPOSE:To supply a hearth excellently with oxygen at all times, and to continue burning without emitting smoke by arranging the nozzle pipe for the fixed hearth, to which a large number of injection holes are formed, into an incinerator proper. CONSTITUTION:The nozzle pipes 1, the surfaces thereof have a large number of the injection holes 2, are set up on holders 3 installed to the incinerator proper 11. The width size and positions to be installed of the holders 3 are determined so that the pitches of the nozzle pipes 1 and the spaces of slits 4 for dropping ash are brought to adequate values. Air for combustion is forwarded from a fan, and ejected from the injection holes 2 of the nozzle pipes 1. Space surrounded by the nozzle pipes 1 and the holders 3 is supplied with fresh air at all times by the injection holes 2, and the burnting is continued completely.
