    • 개시된 본 발명에 따른 관거 수밀 검사장치는, 공기 주입시 관거를 밀폐시킬 수 있도록 팽창되는 팽창부재; 상기 팽창부재의 양측을 밀폐시킬 수 있도록 일측과, 타측으로 구성되며, 일측에 공기주입구가 구비되는 밀폐부재; 상기 밀폐부재의 대향면에 설치되어, 상기 일, 타측 밀폐부재 간의 이격 거리를 제한하는 길이 제한부재; 및 상기 일측 밀폐부재에서 상기 타측 밀폐부재로 연결되어 수밀 검사매체를 상기 타측 밀폐부재 방향으로 공급하는 공급부재를 포함하며, 상기 밀폐부재의 외주면을 마감하는 팽창부재는 제1, 2 밀폐부에 의해 상하 이중으로 각각 밀폐하되, 상기 제1 밀폐부는 상기 팽창부재와 상기 일, 타측 밀폐부재의 틈으로 공기가 누출되지 않도록 상기 팽창부재의 양측을 밀폐시키고, 상기 제2 밀폐부는 상기 팽창부재를 감싸 양측이 벌어지지 않도록 밀폐시킨다.
      본 발명에 의하면, 관거의 직경에 맞게 팽창부재의 내부에 공기 주입량을 조절하여 다양한 사이즈의 관거에 사용 가능하고, 팽창부재의 양측을 이중 구조의 밀폐부에 의해 견고하게 밀폐 가능하며, 길이가 길어 비굴착보수 등의 작업에도 활용 가능한 효과가 있다.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid an environmental load caused by gas generated when spacer elements of a double wall pipe burn.SOLUTION: The double wall pipe (1) has an outer pipe (10) having an internal diameter (A) and an inner pipe (20) having an external diameter (I) and being arranged inside the internal diameter of the outer pipe, and thereby a tubular gap (ZR) is formed between the internal diameter of the outer pipe and the external diameter of the inner pipe. At least one curved position (30) is provided along the axial direction (AR) of the double wall pipe. At the curved position, spacer elements (40) filling the gap in the diameter direction are provided between the inner pipe and the outer pipe. Each spacer element fills only part of the gap in the axial direction. The double wall pipe avoids environmental contamination caused by removing each spacer element. This point is achieved especially because each spacer element is formed by metallic foam and thereby the element continues to remain in the gap.
