    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic control device of a vehicle which can suppress or prevent the deterioration of acceleration responsiveness while maintaining a state that a transmission torque capacity of an engagement device is smaller than a transmission torque capacity of a continuously variable transmission, and can simplify its control.SOLUTION: In a hydraulic control device of a vehicle, a continuously variable transmission whose torque capacity is varied according to hydraulic pressure and an engagement device whose torque capacity is varied according to hydraulic pressure are connected to each other in series, and the original pressure of the hydraulic pressure becomes constant pressure at constant traveling. The hydraulic control device comprises selection means (step S1) which has a plurality of indication patterns for indicating the engagement pressure of the engagement device, and selects the indication pattern of the engagement pressure so that the torque capacity of the engagement device does not exceeds the torque capacity of the continuously variable transmission according to at least a change state of the original pressure in a low-pressure state that the original pressure is lower than the constant pressure, and the number of revolutions of the continuously variable transmission.
