    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent, with simple structure, a back flow of oil generated when a hybrid vehicle travels backward, the hybrid vehicle including an oil pump for lubrication-cooling connected to and driven by a wheel.SOLUTION: Using a first oil pump P1 connected to and driven by a wheel, oil suctioned from an oil tank 31 via a suction oil path L1 when a vehicle travels forward is supplied to a lubrication-cooling part M, C, 37 via a first lubrication-cooling oil path L3. Even if the oil flows back due to reverse rotation of the first oil pump P1 upon backward traveling of the vehicle and the flowing back oil is supplied from the first lubrication-cooling oil path L3-side toward the suction oil path L1, the oil supplied toward the suction oil path L1 is returned toward the lubrication-cooling oil path L3 via a bypass oil path L4 provided with a check valve 38, and therefore, the occurrence of aeration in the first oil pump P1 can be prevented with simple structure, the aeration being attributable to suctioning of air together with the oil to the first lubrication-cooling oil path L3 from the lubrication-cooling part M, C, 37.
