    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inhibit an engaging shock of a lock-up clutch when engaged by differential pressure between an engaging oil chamber and a releasing oil chamber.SOLUTION: A control valve 70 is configured to confine operating oil in a space S. When turning the lock-up clutch 16 from an off-state to an on-state, the control valve is held in a state of inputting secondary pressure to both the engaging oil chamber 11a and the releasing oil chamber 11b. In this case, when the lock-up clutch 16 is pushed into the side of the releasing oil chamber 11b by the operation of centrifugal oil pressure to make a feedback force exceeding the secondary pressure act on a spool 74, the operating oil confined in the space S serves as a resisting force to prevent the lock-up clutch 16 from being excessively pushed therein and prevent the operating oil in the releasing oil chamber 11b from being discharged. This inhibits the engaging shock of the lock-up clutch 16.
