In order to operate the scraping plate H during a running operation, the direction changing-over valves 32a, 32b and 5 are operated simultaneously. At this time, a part of the discharged pressure fluid from the first and second pumps 1a and 1b is flowed in to the cylinder 11 through a flow collecting device 12 to enable a simultaneous operation of the device.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device for a construction machine configured by connecting an assist pump to be driven using a power source different from first and second main pumps to the first and second main pumps in parallel, without unbalancing pressure to be applied to the first and second main pumps.SOLUTION: A merging path 7 including a pair of parallel branching paths 7a, 7b is connected to an assist pump AP. One branching path 7a is connected via a first logic valve 2 to a first supply path 1, and a switch valve 5 is disposed in the other branching path. A bypass passage 9 is provided which is branched from a downstream side of the switch valve 5 and an upstream side of a check valve 8. The bypass passage 9 is connected to an upstream supply path 3a of a second supply path 3. A check valve 10 allowing only flow from the assist pump to the upstream supply path 3a of the second supply path 3 is disposed in the bypass passage 9. A poppet diameter of a poppet of the first logic valve 2 is made smaller than a poppet diameter of a poppet of a second logic valve 4.
