    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid actuator which has a tube expanding and contracting with the supply and discharge of a fluid through a fluid supply pipe and a sleeve surrounding the tube and fixing its both ends to both ends of the tube, and does not easily cause a time lag in actions and can smoothly expand and deform, a method of manufacturing the fluid actuator, a muscular strength assisting device with the fluid actuator and a binding tool composed of the fluid actuator. SOLUTION: In the actuator, the sleeve is formed by weaving a plurality of first fiber cords counterclockwise wound around the longitudinal direction of the tube and a plurality of second fiber cords clockwise wound around the longitudinal direction of the tube along the outside periphery of the tube.     • PURPOSE:To detect pressure in an actuator by expanding a diameter by means of pressurized liquid. CONSTITUTION:A tube body 1 and a braided reinforcing construction 2 are attached to respective closing members 3a, 3b, and fixed thereto air-tightly with calking caps 4. A closing member 3a on introduction side of pressurized fluid introduces pressurized fluid into the inside cave 7 of an actuator through a fitting 9 and a connection hole 6. And the other closing member 3b is provided with a nipple 5 and a closing body 33. a concave portion 15 is provided in the inside cave 7 and a spacer 16 is placed in the concave. A pressure sensor portion is provided with a piezo-electric ceramic element 18 fixed to a supporting body 17 placed adjacently to the spacer 16, and a connection wire 19, and the inside cave 7 is retained air-tight by means of abovementioned members together with the spacer 16.
