    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a machining method of a pinned connection having high strength and reliability even if a blade is formed using a high strength material in a fork-pin connection manner, and to provide a turbine blade.SOLUTION: A machining method of a pinned connection for connecting a turbine blade formed of a high strength material with a rotor disc by pins includes: reaming a pin hole, and removing a reamer stick from the pin hole while being rotated; inclining e a scratch 15 formed by a chip on an inner surface of the pin hole at the pinned connection with respect to the axial direction of the pin hole; and adjusting the direction of the scratch on the inner surface of the pin hole and the direction of tensile stress generated on the inner surface of the pin hole so as to adequately close to be parallel to each other. As a result, reduction in fatigue strength due to the scratch can be prevented.
