    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cut data generation apparatus which generates cut data for reducing roughness of a cut-off part in the case where a processed fabric is cut, a cut data generation program and a sewing machine.SOLUTION: Directions of blades of a plurality of cut needles are obtained. Needle location points when a pattern is rotated by a rotation angle curR are obtained (S35). A first angular difference T1 which is an angular difference between inclination of a cut-off segment along the pattern and the direction of a blade of a cut needle is obtained (S40). A current angular difference total amount M2 which is a total amount of the first angular differences T1 of the respective needle location points is calculated (S42). When the current angular difference total amount M2 is smaller than a minimum angular difference total amount M1 (S45:YES), the rotation angle curR is substituted for a specific rotation angle retR (S47). A specific rotation angle retR which makes the current angular difference total amount M2 smallest is identified according to the process in the S47. Cut data with the specified specific rotation angle retR is generated.
