SOLUTION: An acidity alleviation technique using converter slag includes, in a site to be treated, where the soil has been strongly acid due to a marked decrease in the soil pH, spraying soil dressing prepared by blending converter slag produced in making steel with an organic material or the like to the soil surface of the site to be treated using a vegetation base material-spraying machine to improve the structure of the soil which has been dysfunctional due to the marked decrease in the soil pH.
