    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deflection actuator which realizes a large deflection angle with a relatively low current and a low frequency signal and is inexpensive, can be mass-produced and has a long lifetime. SOLUTION: Doubly supported beams 4 and 4 are constituted like a sheet by using materials which can be made into sheets, like a polyimide, and parts are adhered to the moving part of a deflection part 3. Since the moving part 3 and the doubly supported beams 4 and 4 are constituted like a sheet by using the materials which can be made into sheets, a large twist angle is obtained, and frequency reduction is possible to lead to a low power consumption. A current to a flat coil 2 of the moving part 3 is supplied through suspended wiring 20. Therefore, damages or fatigue wire breakage resulting from the metal fatigue of wiring are avoided to extend the lifetime. A constitution of having no wiring in the parts of beams may also be adopted.
