    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automated torque adjusting device for assuring precision of supply or recovery of a material by automatically adjusting torque of a supply or recovery device of the material and stabilizing its tension. SOLUTION: The automated torque adjusting device consists of a driving module 1, connecting with a power input facility, of which work force is a first tension generated from the power input facility, a passive module 2, connecting with a winding material, of which work force is a second tension applied to the winding material and an adjusting module 3, connecting with the driving module and the passive module, for adjusting a distance between the driving module and the passive module by the second tension to maintain coincidence of the second tension and the first tension.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device, especially a self-adjusting torque device, for supplying a material or collecting waste by a winding system.SOLUTION: The self-adjusting torque device includes: a driving module which is connected to a power input apparatus and has a force that is a first tension generated by the power input apparatus; a driven module, which is connected to a winding material and has a force that is a second tension applied on the winding material; and an adjusting module, which is connected to the driving module and to the driven module and adjusts a distance between the driving module and the driven module by use of the second tension force so as to keep the second tension to be consistent with the first tension. By the present invention, stable tensile force applied to the winding material can be achieved and precision of material supply or recovery is assured.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal wire supply device capable of simply manufacturing wire netting having small fluctuation of tensile force acting on a metal wire and having small unevenness in quality when releasing the metal wire wound around a bobbin.
      SOLUTION: This metal wire supply device supplies the metal wire 5 by releasing it from a metal wire wound body 6 wound around the bobbin 2 with a flange mounted around a bobbin shaft 3 turnably while turning the bobbin. A detection roller 13 provided at an end of a detection part arm 11 swinging freely is abutted on a surface of the metal wire wound body 6, and a braking part shoe 10 provided at an end of a braking part arm 8 swinging freely is brought into pressure-contact with the flange 1 of the bobbin. Both ends of an extension spring 17 are engaged with the detection part arm 11 and the braking part arm 8 to reduce fluctuation of tensile force acting on the metal wire when releasing the metal wire by bringing pressing force reduced in accordance with reduction of diameter of the metal wire wound body 6 reduced in accordance with release of the metal wire 5 into pressure-contact with the flange of the bobbin.

    • PURPOSE:To make the tension of a wire electrode maintain constant for the purpose of improving the machining accuracy by decreasing the torque of a torque motor giving torque to a wire bobbin with decreasing of the diameter of the turn of the wire electrode of the wire bobbin. CONSTITUTION:As a wire electrode is delivered from a wire bobbin, the diameter of wire turn decreases. This decreasing amount is detected by a non-contact type and optical fiber type displacement sensor 13 and is entered in a control unit 14. The control unit 14 determines the torque of a torque motor 12 by the input signals of the displacement sensor 13 having been previously measured and stored as tension and the related table of input voltage of the torque motor 12 to so control the torque motor 12 as to decrease the torque. By this constitution, the total tension of the wire electrode can be maintained constant and the machining accuracy can be improved.
