    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vessel sealing mechanism for preventing degradation of the quality of raw materials or the like by using a plug which can be directly and easily fitted to vessels to separately store raw materials to be mixed with each other, and reliably discharging the raw materials housed in a housing chamber, and a cap used for the mechanism. SOLUTION: A cap (1) comprises a plug part (4), a sealing plug (5), and a sleeve (6). The plug part has a top plate (11) to seal an opening part (3) of a vessel (2), a side wall (12) protruded from the top plate along the axis (X) with an inner peripheral surface adaptable to an outer peripheral surface of the opening part, and a cylindrical wall (15) protruded from the top plate within the side wall to form a housing chamber (14) having an opening (13) in a lower end face. The sealing plug has the outside diameter (D1) larger than the outside diameter (D2) of the cylindrical wall, and seals the opening in the housing chamber. The sleeve is freely fitted to the cylindrical wall, and detaches the sealing plug from the cylindrical wall to open the opening when the vessel is relatively moved to the cap. A flange part (16) of an outer circumference of the sleeve has the outside diameter larger than the inside diameter (D3) of the opening part, and is flexible so as to pass the opening part by the deformation of the inside diameter in a non-return manner.
