    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily shorten a mounted dimension, in improvement of a suspension device in which an actuator for adjusting a damping force is disposed on a spring of a suspension spring.SOLUTION: A damper D of a suspension device includes: two rooms r1, r2; conduits L1, L2 connecting between the two rooms r1, r2 to make working fluid pass therethrough according to extension/shrinkage of the damper D; damping force generating means (an extension-side damping valve V1 and a pressure-side damping valve V2) applying resistance to the working fluid passing through the conduits L1, L2; a bypass passage B bypassing the conduits L1, L2 to connect between the two rooms r1, r2; a variable throttle member 3 changing an opening amount of the bypass passage B; and an actuator 4 driving the variable throttle member 3, and the actuator 4 has an operating part 41 linearly moved by rotation of a motor 40. The operating part 41 and the variable throttle member 3 are eccentrically disposed, and a power transmission mechanism 5 is interposed between the operating part 41 and the variable throttle member 3 to transmit the linear motion of the operating part 41 to the variable throttle member 3.
