SOLUTION: The signal has a combination of a light-emitting unit U and a blinker 5. The light-emitting unit U has a large number of LEDs 2 attached on a substrate 3 of a case 1 and the blinker 5 has a constant plate thickness and an opened small hole 6 set to a opening diameter for cutting diffusion light in a direction other than the front direction of the LED 2. The diffusion light emitted from each LED attached to the light-emitting unit of the signal is cut by the blinker 5.
