    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device of a vehicle which can improve power transmission performance after the start of an engine compared with a prior art, and can suppress the deterioration of start performance.SOLUTION: There is provided a control device of a vehicle 1 comprising: an engine 2; an automatic transmission 5; and drive wheels 9L and 9R to which the power of the engine 2 is transmitted via the automatic transmission 5, where the automatic transmission 5 includes a torque converter 3 connected to the engine, and a gear change mechanism 4 connected to the torque converter, and the torque converter 3 includes a pump impeller 41 connected to the engine and a turbine runner 43 connected to the gear change mechanism 4, the control device comprising: an input shaft rotation number sensor 25 for detecting the number of revolutions Nt of the turbine runner 43; and control means 10 for controlling the engine 2 so as to increase the number of revolutions Ne of the engine 2 when a condition is established that the number of revolutions Nt of the turbine runner 43 is not increased even if a reference time T1 elapses after the start of the engine 2.
