摘要： A fixing structure of a rear side airbag device for a vehicle that may assure a margin of time for the side airbag to be deployed. In a vehicle rear side airbag device fixing structure (10), an airbag module (38) is fixed by fastening to a child seat fixing member (18) conforming to ISOFix standards, via a metal plate (54). The child seat fixing member (18) is fixed to the rear floor of a vehicle body at the downward side of a rear seatback (16). Therefore, in comparison with a structure in which an airbag module is fixed to a rear wheel housing via a bracket, the airbag module (38) may be disposed to the vehicle width direction inner side. Moreover, the child seat fixing member (18) exhibits a high rigidness with respect to a side collision of the vehicle. Therefore, fixing portions of the airbag module (38) are resistant to being deformed during a side collision of the vehicle.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hinge structure for a seat back which can increase the seat back attaching strength to a center hinge section and improve the workability by a simple structure.
SOLUTION: For this hinge structure, the center hinge 14 is provided between the seat backs 1 and 2 which are arranged while being divided into the right and the left, and the seat backs 1 and 2 are respectively pivoted by the center hinge 14. The center hinge 14 is equipped with an attaching bracket 18 the one-end part of which is attached to the seat back 2 on the right side, a center hinge bracket 19 which is attached to the car body side, and a hinge shaft 20 which connects the attaching bracket 18 and the center hinge bracket 19. Then, by inserting the hinge shaft 20 in the other end part of the attaching bracket 18 and the center hinge bracket 19, and the hinge shaft 20 is fixed to a seat frame 3 of the seat back 1 on the left side. Thus, the seat backs 1 and 2 on the right and the left are turnably supported through the center hinge 14.
