    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bathroom counter integrally formed of two kinds of thermoplastic materials and a production method therefor.
      SOLUTION: The bathroom counter 30 which can be mounted to the wall face of the bathroom is constituted of a flat plate-like top plate 31 and a support 32 supporting the lower surface of the top plate 31 from the wall face of the bathroom. The top plate 31 is formed of a first thermoplastic material, while the support 32 is integrally formed of a second thermoplastic material having a color and a property different from the first thermoplastic material. Practically, the thermoplastic material of a higher molding shrinkage out of the first and the second thermoplastic materials is injected into a first injection space, then, the thermoplastic material of a lower molding shrinkage out of the first and the second thermoplastic materials is injected into a second injection space.

    • PURPOSE:To coat the outer surface of the product highly efficiently by a method wherein the product such as the water tank, bathtub or the like is arranged as a male mold so as to oppose to the cavity section of a female mold for forming and thermoplastic resin particles are expanded in a space between both of them to form an expanded body 1ayer on the outer surface of the product.
