摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moving electrode type electric dust collector for exchanging a brush without stopping the operation of a plant.SOLUTION: The moving electrode type electric dust collector is provided with a brushing means for brushing a revolving dust collecting electrode. The brushing means comprises: brushes disposed so as to face the surface of the dust collecting electrode; a brush fixation shaft which has the brushes disposed in a plurality of lines on the outer circumference thereof and is journaled to a casing rotatably in the direction where the brushes come into contact with the dust collecting electrode; and a biasing means which is fixed to the brush fixation shaft and biases the brush fixation shaft such that the brushes are brought into contact with the dust collecting electrode. The brush fixation shaft has a selection means for selecting brushes on one of the plurality of lines and the selected brushes on one line is fixed to the biasing means so as to face the dust collecting electrode.
