    • 本発明は、内端(3)および外端(5)を備える洗浄チャンバ(2)と、前記洗浄チャンバ内に配置された洗浄挿入部(30)とを有する洗浄器筐体(1)からなる液体洗浄器の製造方法に関する。 前記洗浄器筐体は円錐形状を付され、これにより洗浄チャンバ(2)が、内端(3)において、その外端におけるものより小さい横断寸法を受容し、前記外端は開口可能である。 前記洗浄挿入部は、洗浄器筐体の外部で、初期状態において、より小さいほうの前記洗浄チャンバの横断寸法を越える横断寸法を有する、流体浸透可能で、圧縮可能な洗浄材料から製造される。 洗浄器筐体の他方の端は開口されたまま保持されており、洗浄挿入部を、より大きい横断寸法を有する前記他方の端に挿入し、より小さい横断寸法を有する端へ向かって洗浄チャンバ内に圧入する。 これによって洗浄挿入部を連続的に圧迫して、その内端で、前記のより小さい横断寸法を受容し、これにより、軸方向で見て、洗浄器筐体の内端の少なくとも一部で、洗浄挿入部の洗浄材料を徐々に圧縮する。 またこの発明は、この方法により製造される液体洗浄器に関する。

    • An oil filter assembly is disclosed, characterized by a sectional housing and a removable filter member arranged therein. The housing includes base and cover members having adjacent planar faces which contain a plurality of corresponding, circular, concentrically spaced grooves which define a plurality of ribs. A radial groove in the face of each member extends through each of the associated ribs to afford communication between the associated grooves. The radial grooves of the housing members extend diametrically radially outwardly in opposite directions and the housing contains inlet and outlet openings communicating with the radial grooves, respectively. The filter member has a planar configuration, is removably mounted between the base and cover members, and extends between the circular grooves contained in the base and cover members on opposite sides of the filter. Oil to be filtered is supplied to the inlet opening and distributed across the face of the associated member via the radial and circular grooves thereof. The oil passes through the filter member and is discharged from the housing through the outlet opening via the circular and radial grooves contained in the other housing member.

Independent claims are also included for the following: (i) a ring filter for use in a rotary transmission for the filtration of hydraulic medium, comprising a rotary transmission including a bearing shell on a cylinder head and a camshaft in the bearing shell; the bearing shell having an inner circumferential surface; an annular groove into the inner circumferential surface of the bearing shell, and the groove communicating with a pressure medium line in the cylinder head and with at least one opening in the camshaft; a filter section encircling the ring filter in the circumferential direction, the filter section having axial front faces; a frame comprising at least two first frame elements, which bound the axial front faces of the filter section and are connected to them, where the ring filter is arranged within the annular groove in the rotary transmission lead through for pressure medium between the camshaft and the bearing shell formed on the cylinder head; and (ii) a ring filter for use in a rotary transmission for the filtration of hydraulic medium, comprising: a rotary transmission including a bearing shell on a cylinder head and a camshaft in the bearing shell; a camshaft having an outer circumferential surface, an annular groove into the outer circumferential surface of the camshaft, the groove communicating with a pressure medium line in a cylinder head and with at least one opening in the camshaft; a filter section encircling the ring filter in the circumferential direction, the filter section having axial front faces; a frame comprising at least two first frame elements, which bound the axial front faces of the filter section and are connected to them, where the ring filter is arranged within the annular groove in the rotary transmission lead through for pressure medium between the camshaft and the bearing shell formed on the cylinder head.
