    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress overheat of an exhaust emission control catalyst provided upstream of a filter while quickly raising the temperature of the filter in reproducing the filter.
      SOLUTION: The exhaust emission control device is equipped with an exhaust passage 2 which branches at a branch part 11 and converges at a confluence part 12 more downstream than the branch part 11, the exhaust emission control catalysts 31, 22 respectively provided between the branch part 11 and the confluence part 12, the filter 8 provided on a more downstream side than the confluence part 12, reducing agent supply means 51, 52 which supply the reducing agent to the respective exhaust passages from the place which are on the more downstream than the branch part 11 and the more upstream side than the exhaust emission control catalysts 31, 32, and adjusting means 41, 42 for adjusting the exhaust amount passing through the exhaust emission control catalysts 31, 32. When reproducing the filter 8, the exhaust emission control device supplies the reducing agent from one reducing agent supply means 51 and reduces the amount exhaust passing through the exhaust emission control catalyst 31 provided on the exhaust passage 21 for supplying the reducing agent.
