SOLUTION: The hollow tissue bonding device 100 includes a staple holder 200 for holding a staple, a coronary artery support mechanism 300 for holding the coronary artery 50, a graft support mechanism 400 for holding a graft 60, an incision mechanism 700 for incising the coronary artery 50 and the graft 60, and an ultrasonic vibrator 912 for detecting the coarctation part of the coronary artery. The staple holder 200, the graft support mechanism 400 and a vertical movement mechanism for them configure an interval control mechanism for controlling the interval of the coronary artery and the graft to the staple holder 200. The hollow tissue bonding device 100 is further provided with four pairs of peelers 512, 532, 612 and 632 for controlling the curve of the needle of the staple, which are movable in the vertical direction.
