    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carrier device capable of installing along a narrow road of a steep slope city area difficult or impossible for a vehicle such as an emergency vehicle and a refuge vehicle to pass through.
      SOLUTION: This carrier device 2 is constituted of a rail support 3 to bury a bottom part overhanging part 3a in the road 1, a pipe 5 for rail support installed between upper part overhanging parts 3c of the rail support 3 through a connecting fitting 4, a rail 7 with a rack suspended on the pipe 5, a tractor 9 with a motor to travel by being engaged with the rail 7 with the rack and and a carrier car 10 pulled by the tractor 9. The rail support 3 is constituted of a falling preventive member 11 to connect support parts 3b to each other by bending a round pipe and the connecting fitting 4 having a spherical body 4a to fit end parts 5a of the pipe 5 for rail support on the upper part overhanging parts 3c of the rail support 3 in the front and the rear. The connecting fitting 4 is free to connect and disconnect a pair of half-split pipe support members 4b on which the spherical part 4a is mounted to and from the upper part overhanging parts 3c of the rail support 3.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mount a carrying device along a narrow passage in a steeply sloping city having vehicles such as an emergency vehicle and a garbage collecting vehicle difficult to pass or impossible to pass.
      SOLUTION: 1. In the carrying device 2, a rail 7 with a rack is mounted by a rail support 3 stood along a passage 1. A tractor 9 with a prime motor traveling by being engaged with a rack 8 and a carrier 10 to be towed by the tractor 9 are mounted on the rail 7. 2. A round pipe 5 is mounted on the support 3, and the rail 7 with the rack is mounted via the round pipe 5. 3. The rail 7 with the rack is made a reverse T-shaped rail attached with the rack 8 on a lower surface. 4. The round pipe 5 is made to serve also as a water passing pipe, and water supply connection ports 11 and valves 12 are provided at every place of the longitudinal direction of the round pipe 5. 5. The round pipe 5, the rail 7 with the rack, the tractor 9 and the carrier 10 are disposed at heights without hindering traffic in the city.

The device has the gondola 19 and a weight 26 being integrally held with the wires 16 in the others at the opposite places of the wires 16 while holding the centers of the ring-shaped hanger rails 3 and having load corresponding to the weight of the gondola 19, and the weight 26 is moved to a relative place with the gondola 19.

CONSTITUTION:A steel column C and steel beam B of a steel skeleton ferro-concrete structure are coupled together using joint metal pieces 1 consisting of a bolt part 1a and a flat-plate 1b provided with clearance hole. A ring-shaped restraining member 3 corresponding to a band plate surrounding the concrete 2 around the steel is arranged over and under the bolt part 1a. The stress from the steel beam B is transmitted to the concrete 2 by restraining the concrete 2 around the steel column C incl. the bolt part 1a with the restraining member 3, and the fabricating precision is relieved through locating of the member 3 at a spacing from the periphery of the steel column C, and easiness in fabricating the restraining member 3 and steel column C is enhanced.

    • PURPOSE: To unnecessitate a special power device for elevating and lowering cage and miniaturize the whole of an elevating/lowering device by suspending a cage and a balance weight having weight balanced with this cage so as to be freely vertically movable in a well-bucket type and providing a means for increasing or decreasing and adjusting relatively balanced weight of both of the cage and the balance weight. CONSTITUTION: After a person gets on a cage 2 on a first floor, an electromagnetic opening and closing valve 65 on a drain side is opened by an operation switch 68 provided on an operation panel 69 within the cage 2 and water within a liquid storing chamber 61 is drained. As a result, loaded load of the cage 2 becomes lighter than a balance weight 54. Therefore, the cage 2 is drawn by the balance weight 54 and performs an elevating operation. When the cage 2 comes to a location corresponding to a second floor entrance by this elevating, a pinion 41 is abutted on a stopper for upper limit 71 and stops. At this stop location, the electromagnetic brake 49 is switched on, braking force is applied to a rotary shaft 45 of the pinion 41 and this cage 2 is stopped and held at this stop location, even if the occupant gets off from the inside of the cage 2.

    • PURPOSE: To perform an elevating/lowering operation of a cage by human power and miniaturize the whole of a cage elevating/lowering device of an elevator for residence by connecting a pinion of a holding wheel body for elevating/lowering cage with a hand handle within the cage. CONSTITUTION: A cage 2 is supported so as to be elevated and lowered by holding left and right rack balls 3 by a pinion 41 and an idler pulley 42 of each of four holding wheel bodies 4. A hand handle 46 is revolved by a person getting within this cage 2, a pinion 40 is revolved, being engaged with a rack tooth 31 and the cage 2 is elevated and lowered within an elevator shaft along the rack balls 3. At the time of this elevating and lowering, when balance weight of the cage 2 and balance weight are changed due to a change of weight of a person getting within the cage 2 and the number of persons, the weight is adjusted by supplying or discharging quantity of water within a liquid storing chamber 61 and loaded load of the cage 2 is balanced with balance weight. As a result, rotational force applied to the hand handle 46 is reduced and an elevating and lowering operation can be lightly performed.
