摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently perform sample speed conversion by deciding the maximum decimation coefficient of a power of '2' based on source sample speed and synchronizing(sync) sample speed, decimating a source signal with the decimation coefficient, defining the result as the intermediate(IM) value of IM sample speed, performing sample speed conversion to the IM signal and converting it to a sync signal. SOLUTION: A 3rd-order ADC delta/sigma 200 of A/D converter is a 3rd- order sigma/delta converter for converting an analog signal to an oversampled bit stream. Next to the ADC 200, the source signal is applied to a decimation filter 230. Both 4th-order integrator 210 and 4th-order differentiator 220 consist of a 4th-order SINC filter together and the sample speed of oversampled source signal is decimated by the decimation coefficient. The decimation coefficient is selected based on information transmitted from a sync sample speed register 261 for storing sync sample speed information.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the system satisfactory in bandwidth and transient response enough and capable of preventing the generation of fixed pattern noise caused by the changes of amplifier time constant and stray capacity by performing low noise amplification about the array of passive pixels. SOLUTION: Two correlation double sampling circuits are provided to improve sensitivity. A 1st circuit 42 reads a passive pixel 12 and connects a clamp switch 46 to reference voltage REF 2, and a CTIA 22 closes a reset switch 32 and holds it on a reset level. When the CTIA 22 is on the final reset level, a far edge of a capacitor 44 becomes the voltage REF 2, and column bus capacity and shot reset noise of an amplifier 24 are restrained. In a 2nd circuit 62, when a signal of a black pixel is read through the CTIA 22, the circuit 42 and an S/H buffer 50 at the time of frame start, a clamp switch 66 connects a capacitor 64 to reference voltage REF 3. When the CTIA 22 reaches a stable level, a far edge of the capacitor 64 becomes the voltage REF 3 and restrains pattern noise between columns.

SOLUTION: The loop gain processing mechanism for the speaker horn system determines the loop gain of a system according to two echo feedback route within the speaker horn system. The gain value of each half loop is separately calculated so that both of local and remote terminal telephone or the speaker horn system are surely stable. A first half loop includes one cause of the gain from the feedback route extended from a local speaker horn microphone 216 to a hybrid line interface 240, and this hybrid line interface 240 connects the speaker horn to a telephone network line and then to a local public address system 264. A second half loop regulates a feedback route from a line receiving channel to a transmission channel. One cause of the gain is inputted to a system controller determining the gain value to each half loop so as to accurately set proper gain switching mode.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a large range between respective ON/OFF impedances in GHz frequency by forming a capacitor structure capable of electrostatically performing attraction toward a lower electrode by a cantilever arm and a part of an upper electrode. SOLUTION: In a moving part of a switch 10, a cantilever arm 20 is mounted on one end on the upper surface of an anchor structure 14 and extends above a signal line 18 as well as a lower electrode of a substrate 12. An upper electrode 24 formed on the arm 20 starts from above the structure 14, extends along the upper surface of the arm 20 and terminates at the position above the lower electrode 16. The arm 20 and the electrode 24 becomes wide above the electrode 16, and form a capacitor structure 26. The switch 10 operates with a voltage applied to the electrode 24, and the structure 26 is attracted to the electrode 16 electrostatically by the voltage applied to the structure 26 as well as the electrode 24 positioned apart from the electrode 16. Accordingly a contact part 22 contacts the signal wire 18 to close a gap 19, thereby putting the signal line 18 ON.
