    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing dialkyl zinc and dialkylaluminium monohalide in which zinc chloride and trialkylaluminium are made to be a raw material, both dialkyl zinc and dialkylaluminium monohalide can be manufactured by one reaction, the generation of a deposit in a reaction process is controlled, the adhesion to an apparatus and mixing into product of a deposit are controlled, the efficiency is high on an industrial scale, and the purity and yield are high.
      SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing dialkyl zinc and dialkylaluminium monohalide in which zinc chloride and trialkylaluminium are reacted is characterized in that trialkylaluminium having a hydride concentration of 0.01 mass% or more and 0.10 mass% or less is used, dialkyl zinc which does not substantially contain aluminium is separated from a reactant, and thereafter dialkylaluminium monohalide which does not substantially contain zinc is separated.
