Accordingly, the left edge portion 11a can be securedly and positively held, even without being pressed by a pressing member such as a mounting member or a metal piece, etc. In the above arrangement, therefore, the wrapper 10 never slips off or displaces from the core member 20. As a result, restrictions on using places can be removed, and the wrapper 10 can be easily and speedily exchanged even in the case where the wrapper 10 is not torn out or scratched.
