摘要： PURPOSE:To improve machining efficiency for a long member by holding the long member at a fixed position, intermittently approaching and separating plural processing dies in order from one direction and next executing the machining to the end part of the long member at the prescribed position. CONSTITUTION:The long member W having modified cross sectional shape is held with a hand part 21 of a robot 2. Then, each machining die 1a, 1b,...1f is arranged in the prescribed order on a rotary table 3 equipped as intermittently turnably on a base frame 4. The robot 2 and a press machine 5 are connected as linkingly and while intermittently rotating the table 3, the machining by the machining dies 1a-1f is executed in order to the end part of the long member W. By this method, the machining for the end part of the long member W is automated and burden of worker is reduced. Therefore, processing efficiency for the long member W is improved.

摘要： PURPOSE:To improve processing efficiency for end part of a long member by arranging a rotary table having plural processing dies and press machine operating the machining die and linkingly driving the press and the table. CONSTITUTION:The plural machining dies 1a-1f are arranged on the doughnut- type rotary table 3 and the press machine 5 as vertically movable is arranged at upper part of the table 3. Non-machining side of the long member W is held to a hand part 21 of a robot 2 so as to be able to insert and rotate the work W to each working die 1a-1f. The work W is inserted in order to each machining die arranged in the machining order by intermittent turning of the table 3 and the robot 2 to execute the end part working to the work W by the press machine 5. By this method, the machining for the work W is automated and the burden of worker is reduced. Therefore, the machining efficiency for the end part of the long member W is improved.

摘要： PURPOSE:To reduce a starting torque and the inertia at a stop time by converting rotational movement of a drive motor to the linear movement of an operating plate and transmitting the linear movement to a turning gear engaging with an annular gear of a rotary table. CONSTITUTION:When an electric current is supplied to an electromagnetic valve of an air friction clutch 6, a rotary plate 8 makes one rotation but in the meantime a cam follower 9 makes a half rotation along the cam groove 11 of the operating plate 10 on the upper side from a 0 deg. position through a 90 deg. position to a 180 deg. position on the left intermediate side and advances the operating plate 10 to the left direction. A rack bar 16, too, is moved by this motion in the left direction and the friction clutch 19, too, rotates clockwise. The electromagnetic valve opens and the clutch 19 engages with the bearing side of a pinion 17 and the mounting side of a turning gear 3 to rotate a rotary table 1 at a fixed angle. A time limit switch detects this time to stop the supply of the air and the clutch 19 removes the engagement with the bearing side of the pinion 17 and the mounting side of the turning gear 3 to stop the rotation the table 1.

At the point before a crank angle accompanied with rotation of the crank shaft 12 reaches 90 deg., punch processing is performed by the punch installed below the slider 3 when the fixed side link 2 and the slider side link 4 extend on an approximately same line.

The rotary press 1 intermittently moving to the fixed position of the articulated robot 2 is made to intermittently move the respective from one direction by a rotary table 3. Consequently it can cope with the automation and the burden of a worker can be reduced.

The closing of a press die 6 is completed when a stroke required until the ram 4 reaches a bottom dead point is left over. And also, the pressure means works on lowering and elevating strokes left over. Thus, the press is set so that the pressure state of the press die 6 is kept for a prescribed time while a load is held by the press die 6.
