摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a silver compound paste possible to be easily applied even if no resin is contained, and capable of forming a conductive film having a low specific resistance even if it is heat-treated under a condition having the same level as one for polymer type conductive paste. SOLUTION: This silver compound paste contains fine-granular silver oxide and tertiary fatty acid silver salt. In this case, the weight ratio (A/B) of the weight A of the silver oxide to the weight B of the tertiary fatty acid silver salt is preferably 1/4-3/1. In such silver compound paste, since the tertiary fatty acid silver salt functions as a lubricant for fine silver oxide grains, and it is brought into a paste state even if no resin is contained, it can be easily applied. In addition, since it contains no insulating material such as a resin, and silver deposited by decomposition of the tertiary fatty acid silver salt mutually fuses silver particles produced by self reducing reaction of the silver oxide, a conducive silver film having a low specific resistance can be formed under a heat treatment condition having the same level as one for polymer type conductive paste. Furthermore, a flat heating element is manufactured by using this conductive ink composition.
