SOLUTION: A seat belt suspending tool is to slidably hold a seat belt (webbing belt) in suspension and is equipped with a base member 20 made from a metal sheet having base hole 22 to admit insertion of the seat belt and a covering member 30 made of resin which is arranged so as to partially cover the base member 20 at least including the hem 22a of the hole 22 and constitutes a belt inserting hole 300 along the hem 22a, wherein the covering member 30 is arranged so that a front surface covering member 31 provided on the side with front surface of the base member 20 where the seat belt is drawn out and a rear surface covering member 32 provided on the side with rear surface 20B of the base member 20 are put together and fixed to the base member 20.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat belt hanging gear which can improve the safety by preventing the damage of a covering member, and can reduce the cost by reducing the material cost necessary to the covering member. SOLUTION: This seat belt hanging gear hangs a seat belt slidable by turning back the way of the seat belt which is provided to stop the delivery in an emergency, as well as provided allowable to deliver, and it is composed by providing a base member 20 made of a metal plate having a seat belt insertion hole 22 to insert the seat belt; and a covering member 30 made of a synthetic resin to cover at least around the seat belt insertion hole 22 of the base member 20. In the seat belt insertion hole 22, the thickness of at least the edge part 22a at the position corresponding the turning back part of the seat belt is swelled, so as to form a swelling part 23 of a bending cross section structure, to the base member 20.

    • PURPOSE: To provide a seat belt suspending holding tool which can relieve force acting on a covering member from a base member even if a seat belt intensively gathers, for example, to one end part side in the lengthwise direction of an oblong hole. CONSTITUTION: In a seat belt suspending holding tool 10 to slidably suspend and hold a midway part of a seat belt (a waving belt) 74 which is arranged so as to be deliverable and is arranged so as to stop delivery at emergency time by holding it back, the tool is provided with a metallic plate-made base member 20 having an oblong hole 22 and a synthetic resin-made covering member 30 which covers at least the periphery of the oblong hole 22 of the base member 20 and in which a seat belt inserting hole 31 is formed in a part corresponding to the oblong hole 22. Lengthwise directional end parts (short edge parts) 22c and 22d of the oblong hole 22 are formed as a smooth curved surface in the folding-back direction of the seat belt 74.

    • PURPOSE:To improve the reliability of detection by placing a prescribed pre-load and clamping the inner ring of a bearing from above and below, and clamping part of an outer ring side and detecting and reading the quantity of movement (clearance) of the outer ring side by a sensor when the outer ring side is moved with prescribed force. CONSTITUTION:A bottom mold work W1 is placed on a backup head (cradle) 1 and a top mold work W2 is fitted therein across a bearing B rotatably by the auter ring of the bearing. A clamp head 2 is provided to the lower end of a rotating shaft 2a and the prescribed pre-load is placed downward to clamp the inner ring of the bearing B from above and below. Then, the clamp head is rotated slowly while one end of the top mold work W2 of the outer ring is clamped by a clamper K, and then the inner ring and bottom mold work W1 rotate around the backup head 1 as a rotary bearing to improve the conformability of the top mold work W2 with the outer ring. When it is moved up an down with the prescribed force in this state, the quantity (x) of clearance between the inner and auter rings is detected as the up/down movement of the top mold work W2 by micrometer sensors MS and MS arranged symmetrically about the center O of the bearing.

    • PURPOSE:To accurately perform the quantitative measurement of grease, by a method wherein a fixed quantity chamber is highly pressurized by a plunger prior to sending grease to a grease emitting nozzle under pressure to collapse air bubbles or air in grease to check the grease. CONSTITUTION:When a valve V1 is opened to supply grease into a fixed quantity chamber 11 under pressure and a limit switch LS1 is brought to ON-operation by the movements of a plunger 15 and a piston lever 16 to their retracted ends, the valve V1 is closed. Subsequently, the fixed quantity chamber 11 is highly pressurized by the plunger 15 and, if the plunger 15 is not advanced into the fixed quantity chamber 11, a valve V2 is opened because of no air bubbles in grease and the grease (g) in the fixed quantity chamber 11 is injected in and applied to a bearing B. On the other hand, when air bubbles are mixed in the grease, air bubbles are collapsed and the plunger is advanced little because of volume reduction. In this case, a manual opening and closing valve V3 is opened to introduce the grease into the fixed quantity chamber 11 and the grease having air bubbles mixed therein in the fixed quantity chamber 11 is discharged to drain D.
