    • PURPOSE:To suppress the reduction in the thickness of a deep drawing part by interposing an elastic material having proper elasticity with respect to the push-in surface of the push-in head provided to a mold on one side thereof in a protruding state, in forming the deep drawing part by pushing a part of a heat material softened under heating in the cavity of the mold formed on the opposite side thereof by the push-in head. CONSTITUTION:A sheet material 7 is softened by preheating prior to molding and applied to molds 1, 2 to clamp said molds. With the clamping of the molds, a push-in head 6 pushes the sheet material 7 in a recessed part 3. In this case, since the sheet material 7 is pushed in through an elastic material 8, the elastic material 8 generates shift deformation according to the tensile force acting on the sheet material 7 with pushing-in of said material 7. As a result, since the movement of the material quality of the sheet material 7 at the time of pushing-in is permitted, the thickness of a deep drawing part is made uniform.

    • PURPOSE:To simplify a fitting device and make joining properties high and intimacy between a molded substrate and decorating parts favorable, by a method wherein the fringe part of decorating parts are covered with the molded substrate in a state of an overhang and the rear of the decorating parts are joined by providing a joining device in a state of a coming-off stop. CONSTITUTION:Decorating parts 7 are fixed to a molded substrate 6 at the fringe part and rear, in a door trim 1. The outer skin 10 of pile cloth, a pad 9 and a core material 8 are laminated to the decorating parts 7 and a plurality of joining parts 11 are provided on the backside of the core material 8 in a protruding state. The decorating parts 7 are mounted on a protrusion 17 by turning the joining part 11 of the decorating parts 7 upside by projecting the fringe part of the decorating parts 7 evenly from the fringe of the top of the protrusion 17. A sheet base material 1 is heated by a top and bottom heaters 19, 19 and softened. Pinch pressing of a sheet base material 2 is performed in an airtight state between the fringe part of the bottom of an air-pressure box 20 and the fringe part of a molding tool 16, compressed air is sent into the air-pressure box 20 and air between the sheet base material 2 and a molding surface 18 of the molding tool 16 is discharged through suction. Hot forming is performed so that the sheet base material 2 is stuck close to the molding surface 18 and decorating parts 7 and made into a product of a trim board.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of heat or the increase of a spark by preventing the contraction of the interval between electrodes at the melting time of a material to be welded, by fixing a pair of electrode plates at the time of high frequency welding so that the interval between said electrode plates is kept constant. CONSTITUTION:A welding apparatus consists of a base part 1, a pair of electrode plates 2, 3 as a pair of electrodes for grasping a material 100 to be welded and a drive apparatus 4 for moving the electrode plate 2. When the material 100, is pressed by the piston 411 of a hydraulic cylinder 41, the thickness of the material 100 to be welded, that is, the interval (d) between the electrode plates 2, 3 is contracted. The piston 411 is fixed after pressurization is performed and a current is subsequently supplied between a pair of the electrode plates 2, 3 from a high frequency power supply. The supply of a current is stopped and the material 100 to be welded is again pressed by the piston 411. As a result, the electrode plates 2, 3 grasp the material 100 to be welded under pressure and the thickness of the material 100 to be welded, that is, the interval (d) between the electrode plates 2, 3 is contracted.
