    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular interior material that is not only high in bonding strength between a composite plate and flexible sheet but also excellent in the durability.SOLUTION: A floor material 11 includes: a composite plate 13 including thermoplastic resins; and a flexible sheet 15 of thermoplastic resin which is heat welded to a peripheral edge of the composite plate 13. The composite plate 13 has: a first layer 17 and second layer 19 which are disposed opposite and distant to and from each other in a thickness direction; and an intermediate layer 21 connecting the first layer 17 and second layer 19. The flexible sheet 15 is piled up on the second layer 19 to form a coating flange 29 in such a configuration that a terminal portion disposed on the peripheral edge of the composite plate 13 is heated together with the flexible sheet 15 to be squashed to a predetermined thickness and cut to a predetermined length. This results in allowing the coating flange 29 to be bent in the center of a root 29a and heat welded to the side edge 55 of the composite plate 13 through the flexible sheet 15.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor panel for housing which has high cut-off performance and waterproofness and has excellent durability, and a manufacturing method thereof.SOLUTION: A floor panel 1 for housing includes a floor sheet 3 made of thermoplastic resin and a drain trap 5 which are joined through a sheet-like joint member 7. The joint member 7 is provided with a hot melt film on both faces of a metal sheet. Electromagnetic induction heating is applied to the joint member 7, so that the metal sheet is heated to melt and cure the hot melt film. The floor sheet 3 and the drain trap 5 are thereby joined with each other.
