    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain a wrinkle and a crack generated in a bent part, which are problems when massproducing a cubic type sink by press drawing.
      SOLUTION: This method of manufacturing a sink for a sink cabinet includes the first deep drawing press process for forming a fundamental shape of the sink (1) for the sink cabinet, and the second press process for conducting press molding thereafter, and a stainless steel is plastically deformed by cold working with no annealing, in both the first and second press processes. A wrinkle pressing force is controlled to get gradually high along with an advance of press treatment, in the first deep drawing press process. A vessel part (2) rectangular in top view of the sink (1) has 10-25 mm of curvature radius (r1) in a corner portion between two side faces (6, 6) adjacent each other of the four side faces (6), 20-35 mm of curvature radius (r2) in a corner portion (C) between each side face (6) and a bottom face (8) of the vessel part (2), and 25-40 mm of curvature radius (r3) in four angled corner parts (10) of the bottom face (8) of the vessel part (2).

SOLUTION: In this ice making device, the heat transfer plates 100 comprising two plates 1 and 2 are opened outward from each other at lower end parts 5 and 5-a, with holes 6 provided in the lower end parts 5 and 5-a to compose a water passage mechanism 50. A water receptacle 7 is provided under the water passage mechanism 50, so that water 8 flowing along the heat transfer plates 100 is totally recovered to the water receiver 7. Ice 30 removed from the heat transfer plates 100 slides along outer surfaces of the water passage mechanism 50 to drop, so that it is dropped downward without being caught on the water receiver 7. Ice is thus formed on both surfaces of thin heat transfer surfaces to drop downward into a tank under it without being caught on the water receiver provided at a lower part.
